Welcome to Flux Yoga Studio. By accessing our website fluxyoga.icu, booking classes, purchasing memberships, or entering our physical studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using any service provided by Flux Yoga Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. We may update these terms at any time, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.

2. Services Provided

Flux Yoga provides yoga classes, workshops, private sessions, teacher training, and related wellness services. Class styles include hot yoga, slow flow, and restoration. We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or reschedule classes without prior notice. In the event of a cancellation, you will be notified via email or phone.

3. Booking and Cancellation

All bookings must be made online or by phone. A valid payment method is required to hold your reservation. You may cancel or modify a booking up to 2 hours before the scheduled class time without penalty. Late cancellations (within 2 hours) and no-shows may result in a $10 fee or loss of the class credit. 4. Payments and Refunds

Prices are as listed on our website and may change without notice. All payments are due at the time of booking. Monthly memberships auto-renew until cancelled; you may cancel at any time with 7 days' notice before the next billing cycle. Refunds are generally not provided except as required by law. Please review our Refund Policy.

5. Health and Safety

Yoga involves physical exertion and inherent risks. By participating, you confirm that you are in good physical health and have consulted a physician if necessary. It is your responsibility to inform the instructor of any injuries, pregnancies, or medical conditions before class. Flux Yoga is not liable for injuries sustained during or after class. 6. Code of Conduct

We foster a respectful, inclusive environment. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the studio and termination of membership without refund. Please observe our Studio Etiquette.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and class sequences, is owned by Flux Yoga Studio. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Flux Yoga Studio is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website, or facility. Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County.
