Hot Yoga at Flux
A powerful, full‑body vinyasa flow under gentle infrared heat. Build heat from the inside out.
Why hot yoga?
Our hot yoga classes are held in a room warmed to 95°F (35°C) with around 40% humidity. The heat is generated by infrared panels that warm your body directly rather than blowing hot air – you'll feel the difference immediately.
The warmth loosens tight muscles, increases circulation, and allows for deeper, safer stretching. It also elevates your heart rate, turning a yoga flow into a cardiovascular workout that builds endurance and burns calories.
- Enhances flexibility and range of motion
- Promotes detoxification through sweating
- Builds full‑body strength and balance
- Reduces stress and quiets the mind

Hot yoga FAQ
How hot does the room actually get?
We maintain 95°F with about 40% humidity. It's warm enough to feel the benefits without being overwhelming. Most people acclimate within the first 10 minutes.
What should I wear?
Light, moisture‑wicking clothing is best. Many students wear shorts and a tank top. Avoid heavy cotton. We provide mats and towels.
I'm new to yoga. Can I start with hot yoga?
You can, but we generally recommend beginning with a few Slow Flow classes to learn the fundamentals first. If you're set on hot yoga, let the teacher know you're new – they'll give you extra guidance.
How often should I practice hot yoga?
2–3 times per week is a great rhythm for most people. Listen to your body and balance with slower practices as needed.
