Why private sessions?
A private session is the fastest way to deepen your practice, address specific concerns, or simply enjoy undivided attention from an expert teacher. Whether you're working through an injury, refining alignment, or want a sequence designed just for you, we'll build each session around what you need most.
Sessions are available in any of our three styles – Hot Yoga, Slow Flow, or Restoration – and can be held in our East Harlem studio or online via video call. Small groups (up to 4 people) are welcome.

Semi‑private and small group pricing available upon request. Virtual sessions are the same rate.
