200‑Hour Teacher Training
A comprehensive, heart‑centered program designed to prepare you to teach hot yoga, slow flow, and restorative yoga with confidence and authenticity.
About the program
Our 200‑hour training is a 10‑weekend immersion spread over three months, meeting Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. It's registered with Yoga Alliance, so upon completion you'll be eligible to register as an RYT‑200.
You'll learn not only how to sequence and cue a class, but also how to hold space, offer modifications, and cultivate your own voice as a teacher. We integrate anatomy, philosophy, pranayama, and meditation into every module, with equal emphasis on the three styles we teach at Flux.
- Yoga Alliance registered curriculum
- Hands‑on teaching practicum from week one
- Limited to 14 students for maximum mentorship
- Includes unlimited classes at Flux during training
